I took the day off from writing and went to take pictures at the SPCA because I saw that they had several new dogs–ten, in fact (and they added more after I left).  Then I came home and worked for six hours, sorting through the 1400 pictures I took and running them through Photoshop. But now I have submitted them, written the bios, and I am done!

And I met some really cute and sweet dogs today.  But the best photo is one it took four people to compile–or rather, to keep five puppies in one wheel barrow.  Here are some of my favorite shots:

The pit bull pups

Honestly, I never knew I could have so much fun with a camera.  These dogs just make me laugh.  🙂  I hope you enjoy them, too.  Best of all, I love it when they get adopted!

Have a great night!

These are wonderful photos of some beautiful dogs, Angela. I sure hope they all find happy, loving homes.

We had to put our “baby girl” down two days ago. Cully was nearly 14.5 years old and in seriously failing health. It was time, but one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. Once our hearts are healed, we’d like to have another dog and our local animal shelter will be our first stop.

    Blessings on you —

I’m so sorry to hear about your baby girl, Kim. I know the special place that our dogs have in our hearts, and my heart breaks for you. I still cry every time I talk about my dogs’ passing, but loving them has taught me so much about how God loves us. 🙂

Blessings to you and your family!

The little grey mop with the big pink tongue is sooooo adorable. Do I detect a pair of eyes lurking in there somewhere above the tongue? Great pics! Clyde

And they seem to enjoy your company as much as you do theirs! Great photos.
