Helping companion animals find loving homes through shelter animal photography . . .
Animals are one of Angela Hunt’s abiding passions. In 2012 she began volunteering at her local animal shelter with her camera, and in no time at all she fell in love with photographing dogs and cats. Why, she wondered, couldn’t she use photography as a way to help people see the beauty and sweetness in the precious, innocent lives of shelter animals?
Some of my readers have asked for a way to buy my shelter animal greeting cards, so here’s how:
A box of 10 folded blank 4×6 cards plus envelopes is $20. Each box contains photo cards of 10 different animals, cats and/or dogs.
A box of 15 flat blank 4×6 cards plus envelopes is $20. Each box contains photo cards of 15 different animals, cats and/or dogs.
To spread the word about how photography can improve the lives of shelter animals, she has written two books about how to take great photos of shelter animals.
Our companion animals do so much for us . . . isn’t it time we used our time and talents to do something for them? In helping them, we help each other.
